I am pupil in sixth form and today I had to stay long at school so I couldn't go for a run because it is now nine o'clock where I live so I can't go.
My parents won't let me because I have to go alone.
So I decided to go for a run two times tomorrow at the morning anf at the evening.
Running makes me feel so good and I forget all the stress and the problems during this run.
Is this okay for my body ?

I think its okay as long as u feel great and if it helps u to relax and u like it i think thats even better 😊

It's okay to do so. You should always be more active if you enjoy it and are able to fit it in. Don't worry about overdoing it. It's very hard to do so. Especially if you are a conditioned runner :)
