I am pupil in sixth form and today I had to stay long at school so I couldn't go for a run because it is now nine o'clock where I live so I can't go.
My parents won't let me because I have to go alone.
So I decided to go for a run two times tomorrow at the morning anf at the evening.
Running makes me feel so good and I forget all the stress and the problems during this run.
Is this okay for my body ?
I think its okay as long as u feel great and if it helps u to relax and u like it i think thats even better
