Im really skinny 46 kg .. recenlty I hav started takin suppliments like 2 weeks ago and hav hit da gym.for 2 days..will I be able to gain muscles. . ?

I'm inclined to say no as you seem to have failed to use Google with any form of efficiency. It's unlikely that you are doing anything remotely usefull in the gym.

Don't be :) I felt the same way when I started out. For me getting a trainer really helped with the confidence. If you can't get a trainer just make sure you have good technique and work with weights you can handle, and do a solid beginner program like stronglift 5*5. If you do so, people Will have nothing but respect for you :)
