Im really skinny 46 kg .. recenlty I hav started takin suppliments like 2 weeks ago and hav hit da gym.for 2 days..will I be able to gain muscles. . ?

Yes push yourself at the gym.take the right supplements get enough protein and calories/ carbs. You'll get big it takes a long time though so don't be discouraged

It's going to take 6 to 8 weeks to see real results. I was that small and pushed myself hard to gain weight. If you are serious, do your homework and look up workouts and lifts to gain.

Dude try callisthenics.. In a year time... U won't believe the things u cud do and the body u will have.. Search it u.. Watch some vids on youtube

I'm inclined to say no as you seem to have failed to use Google with any form of efficiency. It's unlikely that you are doing anything remotely usefull in the gym.

Don't be :) I felt the same way when I started out. For me getting a trainer really helped with the confidence. If you can't get a trainer just make sure you have good technique and work with weights you can handle, and do a solid beginner program like stronglift 5*5. If you do so, people Will have nothing but respect for you :)
