I am always in a rush to get to school and i always skip breakfast ! Any suggestions ! id appreciate it !
It may not be the best but I am always in a rush in the morning and I've just been grabbing protein shakes from the gas station every morning, and it feels like food.
My 2 favorite breakfast meals right now is nonfat Greek yogurt with fruit and fiber one cereal. Or protein shake with soy milk fruit an egg and sometimes tofu.
I have Porridge every morning.
Instant porridge pots but you need to check there not high in sugar and semi skimmed powder. I make it watery if I'm in rush as you can almost drink it like a thick shake.
In the time before cereals we would of ate almost anything for breakfast in some places of the world they still do..we are brainwashed by commercialism to eat unhealthier food.
I do a protein smoothie. We prefer a brand called Max Muscle,they are a franchise like GNC, but all of their supplements and ingredients of supplements are made in the U.S.A.
1 Scoop protein
1 cup milk (I use Silk Almond unsweetened vanilla) only 30kcals
1-2 TBSP Pb2 (powdered peanut butter only 45Kcals for 2TBSP)
1/8 cup oatmeal.
Add ice mix in blender.
I often make the night before and add ice in the AM to remix and save time in the morning.
I put fiber cereal in a Tupperware with some granola, a few almonds and raisins. And I pack a Greek 2% yogurt. Then I mix it all together. Sometimes I add frozen blueberries to the mix. Or an almond butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat. Hard boiled egg for morning snack. All of this can be prepared one or two days before.
oatmeal maybe even a banana or apple if your in a real rush
Toasted bread with any topping and a banana!! :)
