has anyone done the 2 min full plank challenge and was it hard xx

As scotty said then work your way up to 2 min, start with 30sec and Increase to 45 se and so on

Work up to it depending on how long you can hold. I stated at 45secs but within a month could hold 5 mins. It's not that hard if you practice
