I'm 16 and new to working out

I'm skinny, I've been procrastinating on working out because I need motivation and guidance. I want to focus on upper body and I have access to no other equipment besides a pair of 10 pound dumbells. Someone please help me get started.

Don't just focus on upper body strength. If you train your upper half and neglect your lower half u will end up out of proportion and look silly. Try out some of the strength training workouts on the site and c how u get on.:-)
