When i workout

I plan to work out every single day. Morning before school and after school and before I go to bed. For the morning and before I go to bed I was thinking mini workouts and for the afternoon it can be the major ones. I hope to get abs and some triceps going on.

Don't over work your self and it's good to have clean healthy diet .. I work out every day but I switch it I do weights one day and cardio the next . Or both and light work outs the next
