I love going to the gym, always have. I base my workouts around these core lifts:

Bench press
Dips
Chinups
Barbell rows
Military Press (behind-the-neck)
Barbell Squat
Deadlift

What are your thoughts?

That's all you need bro. Add some cardio in there you'll be fit for life.
