I need to get motivated I wanna lose 20 lbs by New Years. What are some tips that you all have about weight loss. Every tip i receive counts!
Eat a lot throughout the day... not fatty foods but like several small portion meals to keep your metabolism going... eat breakfast then a 200 cal snack 2-3 hrs after. Then lunch at about 12 and 2-3 hrs after another 200cal snack then dinner and if your still hungry, another snack.... try not to eat too late either
