After my son I can't seem to get rid of my baby fat ,I don't need to lose weight because I'm 110, so I need to burn fat

Weight lifting burns more fat than cardio. remember that.

Try fat burner deluxe and drop and give me twenty!! Also running a lot helps!!!

Just simply walking burns more fat then weight lifting or running but the good thing about weight lifting is it burns fat and increases muscle 10 so you do get better results but if weight lifting is not your thing just walk it off

Eat the right foods without skipping any and do strength training exercises. They're the best.
