You should eat healthy and work on cardio and abs exercise.

There is no such thing as a completely flat stomach and still being healthy. You will have even just a small pooch. It can be turned into muscle though. But girls focus too much on being too skinny and they look nasty.

This site is starting to worry me,what happen to bein healthy and just exercise,i obsessed on weight all my life,not worth it,build strong body,plenty fruit ,veg

Ok good, that's pretty skinny. But you should specify your weight/height etc. so people can help you better

At your age, everybody wants to fit a certain image whether you think so or not. Just worry about being yourself. If you exercise only for the motive of fitting a certain shape, you'll find yourself back at square one in no time. It's difficult for me, but try to find your own genuine way of enjoying life!
