Hi, I'm Makayla :3 im brand new to this app, I just came across it earlier today. I'm not so much concerned about losing weight as I am about building and toning my muscles. I'm a pretty experienced runner/jogger, but it can get quite boring! I'd like to start doing more diverse cardio workouts (and possibly throw in some weight training as well) but I lack motivation. I'll start doing a workout plan, but then i'll get distracted after a week or two and lose progress, which in turn really discourages me. It's a vicious cycle, and I think it'd help a ton of I had a reliability partner!
