Well!!! I don't know if you are imagining a fat girl .. Am not fat... But I am having a little belly after stopping my actual activities... And now am really not being able to re start it!

Do more lower body workout like squat or running 30 minute a day. Try to take less carb and sugar. U will see the diffrent in less than a month

Haha me too. Try find a gym buddy it will help. N try not to eat 4 hour before sleep. I know its hard especially if u stay in asia

Do HIIT. Cut carbs and sugar. Drink green tea. That belly fat will melt
For excercises... try mountain climbers , bicycle crunches and reverse crunches
