Mine are abs and training for Track.
Perhaps cut down on those bigmacs too. ;)
Daily workout plan:
-7 minute morning workout
-7 minute before sleep workout
[7 minute workout app]
-100 curl ups, 100 pushups, 100 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks
-Skimble workout of my choice
Gym: Tues, Thurs, Sun
It motivates me when I make a plan to stick to. Feel free to make your own and check off when you've finished.
sidenote: This forum seems pretty quiet in comparison to other sites. Then again, everyone's probably too busy working out. x)
