Struggle to get up

I've noticed that if I set my clothes out the night before, I'm more likely to get up and go- everything you need is already ready, and that's half the battle

Early mornin workouts are great. It preps u for the day. I do yoga at night to calm me down also

I workout at 3am 5 days a week. You either want it or you don't If you are too tired then take a pre workout. Listen to your favorite music. Plan a good breakfast for afterwards. Then take pride in the fact that you have accomplished more before the sun came up than most people will all day.

Hey! As i am working out early (5-6am),i can share my experience.at the beginning start with only few minutes workout.dont plan one hour or more for the first time.you can find here nice and short workouts (approx.5 min),wake up only 10 min earlier and do it.you will see,if you really like it and need it,next day wour brain will wake you up earlier and you will do with pleasure more and more!
