Yeah I can advise you about your diet and go heavy while working our with set in the 8-12 range.. it's been a month of regular gym for me to this date check out my progression pictures on my profile and if you like that then follow my advice

Try carb cycling with 3 high carb days following 3 low carb days eat whole foods/wheets and low gi carbs like oats sweet potatoes and whole wheat products. Eat 20 calories per pound of bodyweight drink 2 to 4 liters of water with a glass on empty stomach in the morning( gradually increase this) 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Don't forget the healthy fats from peanut butter nuts olive/coconut/fish oil and any unsaturated fats remember the ratio should be 52 %carbs 32 % protein 12-15 % fats take a multivitamin alongside too. Hope this helps :) stay away from fast digesting carbs except for your pre/post workout shake. I can recommend whey, creatine, and coffee as supplements for you and either drink a scoop of casien protein before bed or 200 gms of low fat cottage cheese or a litter of 1% fat milk.

Carb cycling isn't necessary for you but it tricks your body into burning more fat. I am going to start it this week. And get back to me with measurements at the end of the month of your biceps, chest and waist at navel for further assistance :D

Then go for 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and no supplements till you join the gym. Good luck :)
