I just got started

Hi im kerys im quite new to the app (1week) i have already lost 123cals my best advice would be to choose the right exercise for you amd be committed x

Scroll through the workouts section and press Like on the one's you find interesting, so you create a "library" for yourself. Start out by doing one of the programs, or pick workouts yourself and make a schedule for the week.

Follow people for motivation, and read through the forums now and then, they're full of inspiration!

My advice. Go lift heavy shit, eat good food, and sleep 8 hours. Simple right haha
