Workout Order

I have been working out for 20minutes each day, but my friend says that if u want 6packs, u need to workout for 40-60 minutes and do dumbbell workout first and then do abs and then do some yoga, is he right?

That's what I do. I do ab workouts..cardio and yoga and I def see results in my abs
