Is there any workouts that work JUST the chest
From regular bench press and incline to decline bench press. These 3exercises are best for chest plus there some others that involve combination of muscles.
If you use an overhand grip on a bench press, you will be using your delts, tri's and some pectorals. You want to master the reverse grip press, totally awesome for the chest, but it is an unfamiliar movement to many. Do it the right way and it targets the chest greatly while reducing the dependency on the shoulders
