Exercises to increase height

Hey i am a 17 year old and i am doing workouts so i could tone my body. My question is that which exercises should i do to increase my height??

U Run daily 5 km and 500 push ups and eat healthy foods

I read an article that stated weighted squats trigger the bodies growth hormone and cause you to grow...I do know a guy who used to be same height as me and he does mainly squats and other compound exercises and hes an inch or so taller now...or Im shorter

I should add you may have more growing to do anyway being only 17 another stretch might happen...
