I want to be able to do the splits so is there any workouts to increase flexibility
Heyy! I use to be curious to get my splits but I finally got them. Do butterfly, sit in ur side splits, ur maximum stay there for 90 seconds, its going pain, its gonna burn but it will be worth it. Open ur maximum center split and try pulsing forward and once u can't pulse anymore, try taking ur upper body towards the floor in one alignment!
