Currently weigh 144 and I am comfortable with my weight. I've been doing weights for 3 months now and my upper body is getting really well formed. My problem is my belly which is really "jiggly" and I hate it. It moves really easily and I want it to be firm. Is there any tips anyone could give me to reduce the jiggle and make it more tough?

Well babydoll. No. 1 is diet to lose that belly + abdominal workouts to shape. Tone and tighten them.
