Im struggling to do center splits but i can do left and right splits.
Try stretching. Slowly work your way down to the middle splits. Reposition yourself if nessesary. This takes a long time to fully master
Be very warm, stretch. Sit in ur maximum split, keep pulsing forward and eventually ull go slightly ahead. And when it hurts stay there for 90 seconds.
Lie down with some music on.
Make sure ur butt is touching the wall and slide ur legs in the side, put on some music on ur earphones, shut ur eyes and relax, when the song is over ( approximately 4 minutes), open ur eyes, and ull see us legs lower than before.
Never in my life have I been able to do center splits. Let me know if you find any tricks or tips to help you get there. Lol
