Working out for a week!

Officially been working out everyday for a week feels great but I haven't noticed anything different. When should I start seeing/feelings results?

You just said it feela great so there is a start...the problem is we look in the mirror daily and never notice small changes..where as other people do..as you progress you will notice...aslong as you stick to it...its a lifestyle rather than phase...:-)
