Starting my new years resolution early. I hope this time i can keep it. Hoping to get abs and pecks by summer....some shoulders wouldn't hurt either tho

Then start bulking now. Then when feb/ March rolls around start the shred phase. With the right nutrition u can acheieve this with only working out 3 x a week
