Lose leg fat
I was wondering, I'm a male but I want to slim my calves as well as lose thigh fat. Is there any exercises I can do to accomplish this?
There is no way to loose weight at one body part at time.
I Just start moving and your fat will decrease across whole body. Then, when your weight will be good, you can "shape your body" parts.
How do you 'shape' your body parts?
Shape ur body parts by toning up I think is what the other person means. Basically just work on losing weight on ur whole body, try sprinting, and after u've lost the weight start building muscle to "tone" it. Do wall sits to build leg muscle, or calf ups
