I'm 14 years old, I weigh 140 pounds and I'm standing at 4'11"
I started working out at the start of December and was hoping to be consistent throughout the month, increasing the intensity because I wanted to lose at least 5-10 pounds before school starts in January.
I was working hard at it for about 2 weeks until I started slacking off and I think I only did 2 workouts up till now after that.
I just want to know, what are some ways I can keep going? How do I motivate myself? How do I get up my lazy butt? I really want to make a change, I'm considered severely overweight in school. How do I keep going?
