is there any way I can get slim legs/toned without it getting bulky or huge??

I would like to know how to get bulky legs. I don't like the shape of my legs and knees. It's skinny and my ancles is thin.

I feel as if your best bet is Cardio. And workout specifically for slimming and toning legs.

Girls don't need to worry about getting huge, you just don't have enough testosterone like guys. Do plenty of cardio to generally keep in shape. Squats and lunges will keep your ass and legs looking great!

There you go, combine he two answers covering sprints/jump rope & squats/lunges & you'll get the legs you're after. Make sure the weight is heavy for the squats/lunges if at the gym. If not using weight make sure you do very high reps.
