How to get lean, not bulky?

Hi! What type of workouts should i do to get leaner and not get bulky? I am looking to get lean legs and arms without all the bulk. Any advice?

Cardio of course is always a must for weight loss... To get lean, do longer reps with lighter weights.

Agree with lashawna. Cardio always good muscle will help u burn faster so a little would be ok

You have a few options but I would suggest pilates.

Believe it or not weight training does a lot to lean you out. As long as you don't go over board or add a ton of workout supplements to it low weight and high resistance training will lean out the muscles and let you gain some strength at the same time.
