Hey Guys, so I'm new here!
Hey all. Glad to be back in the excercise routine. I plan on losing mostly Belly Fat, and building muscle..I'm 17, and I weigh 60KGs, and have a BMI of around 21. Eitherways, I'm looking for some good all round workouts, and some that would help me lose fat in and around the belly. If anyone has any tips feel free to comment with them! Thanks!
