Motivation and tips to gain muscle mass.

Hey guys. I need someone to help motivate me to get going again. I've been trying to gain 10 lbs of muscle mass but seem to be struggling with the motivation to do it. Anyone wanna help?

I am 5 feet tall and weigh about 110. I want to get bigger and into better shape so that I can be back in my prime like I was in wrestling.

It was tough for me at first but once I got started found the right supplements figured out what to eat and how to break down my 6 days a week lifting I went from 185 to 208 in just over a year

That's not something to be down about Amber. Sure we are short but me might as well look great while short.

My lifting partner is only 5 ft 2 in and is built like a tank I would love to be at his level all it takes is hard work and the right motivation
