Hello everyone. Should i still be working out if i feel sore after a workout performed one day earlier?
More info about your workout would help answer better...but if your building muscle with heavy weights then resting period are important...if your just doing general fitness routines then you should be ok after a stretch particularly if you just started working out when you will be sorer than usual for a few weeks as your body adjusts.
Remember when you started working or went back to school and was sore for first couple of weeks...You couldnt give up or rest so didnt notice it much and carried on through it.
As RA said listen to your body..achy pain feels different to injury pain.
