In my experience... consistency is key. It's more of a marathon than a sprint. Consistently manage your diet, exercise regularly, get solid sleep and you should increase your quality of life and your look. Good Luck!

Having an accountability partner can be so encouraging! You don't even have to work out together in person for it to help. You can create a workout or pick one to do together and do it at the same time at your respective homes or gyms. It's encouraging just to know that they are going through the same workout at the same time you are.

I always think to myself that going to the gym once won't get me a dream body just like eating a cheeseburger once won't make me gain weight
