I don't dance but i heard that yoga is good to make u flexible.

Not really dance but I do Zumba about 2-3 days each week and some yoga stretches are really helpful!

Doing lots of back stretches (seal position, back bend and all that jazz) but mainly dedication to getting back flexibility x
