Height

Im below 5ft and I weigh about 100 lbs. I just wanna grow taller, my weight is ok for me. Any height exercise recommendations? Or any activities that stops health growth? What activities should I do to grow taller?

Hai... Height may be because of your genes.. It comes from your parents and may be stretching and hanging may help you

Uhh yh maybe genes but not all my relatives are short. Im trying yoga and stretching though

Your still young, you have a few years of growing yet...patience!

There isn't much you can do at anyway when...when your 18+ and growth slows you can try squats, there is some evidence that weighted squats trigger the body to release the growth hormone to counter act the weight.

Its not a good idea at your age and for under 18 years as you are still growing anyway and may have a negative affect on growth hormone. 

....and be carefull messaging strangers on other apps, you dont know who they are or their intentions!
