Foods to add some bulk.
Okay, so I'm 17, 5'1, 100 lbs. I eat overall organic and healthy, but of course I like to snack every once in awhile. I've cut a lot of that down, though. I've always been very active with sports and the past 2-3 years I started getting into fitness routines on my own time. I'm very happy and confident with my body and love working out. I'm toned and now starting to add more muscle. I'm just looking to stay on track with foods to help me add some lean muscle. Thanks! -erika
