Depends on how much you work out and how you do it
Just keep going if u aren't seeing changes take measurements like weight or how big your arms are and how many inches your waist is. Then when u feel like your not seeing changes 're measure everything and compare. U will see that u have changed!!!
A very long time lol don't mean to discourage you but if your set on have muscle mass being ripped etc. It takes awhile man. Just be patient, consistent and it'll all come in due time.
