Does enyone knows a flat stomach workout?? I'm trying to get a more flat stomach! Thanks x

body rock on youtube is really good! they have a hiit program that you can follow for free, that gets you sweating while working muscles! i have noticed such a difference in my core over the past 2 weeks!

You need to shred your body fat - try going cardio, burning more than you consume and add some core workouts to tone your midsection.
