My school starts from 7 am until 4/6 pm. And it takes about an hour to go back to my house. How do I fit my exercise time when I go to school from 7-6?
How about doing it before going to school? Working out after sleeping is better than working out after a busy day from school.
Get up thirty minutes earlier than you usually do, and go to bed thirty minutes earlier.
I am taking up pre-med though. I cannot even sleep at times because of studies.
