I want to start running but dont know the best way. Suggestions?
Simple answer is....Run !!
Go to a park with some running shoes on start by
Walking 2 min
Jog 30 secs
Walk 30 secs
Run 30 secs
Repeat 3-5 times increase from 30 seconds to 1 minute when you feel your able.. eventually cutting the walking out other than warm up walking, so your jogging and running!
Its one of the most rewarding thing to be able to run a distance without stopping as your out of breath...

Routine...same time every day!
Just like going to school or work is routine, you cant skip it and your used to it, so you dont think about it you...Just Do It (Nike tm something that took me years to understand)
