Does anyone know any good workouts that help burn off stomach fat and tone your core?
There is no way to target fat loss. That means we burn calories, and lose weight, but where it is lost from is a matter of genetics and biology, & most ppl lose belly fat last. Leg exercises don't burn leg fat, crunches don't burn belly fat. Exercise just burns calories all over.
You just have to exercise and eat right. Burn more calories than you eat. An app like myfitnesspal can help a lot with that.
Google "caloric deficit" and read a couple articles.
