Hi everyone, I'm new here and I really need motivation to keep doing this workouts so I can feel better about my body for summer

Do a bit of running too. That's what helped my thighs and butt. Also try and creat a program with certain exercises that work on your problem areas that you wanna demolish. Diet helps too. Make sure you have protein and tons of fruits and vegetables. Good luck! You and I are in the same boat right now but we can do it!

Just stau focused on your goals and what you want so bad and in time that change that you see at the end will be the best motivation you need. And remember theae words, STAY STRONG.
