My problem is my weight I weight 51KG and I need to gain muscles and weight fast! So what should I eat or do to gain weight plus I go to gym

Eggs whole grains lean beef avocados nuts particularly macadamias full cream milk peanut butter wholegrain pasta extra virgin olive oil..:-) Try for 3500 to 4000 kCal a day... Bulk up champ.. Just make sure your exercise regime keeps up with the protein intake so you gain muscle not fat. I have the opposite prob trying to shed last 4kgs to get to goal weight. Hard to do and not lose muscle in process
