Me too. I'm not embarrassed, but would like to know some exercises. As far as I know, overall decrease in body fat is the only way out.
Eat clean and workout consistently. Drop body fat and you will lose the double chin. To some extent it is genetics but you should aim to drop body fat before you start blaming your dna.
Got one too.lol facials & ur skin is more to do with your double chin its genetics . corrector make up is awesome to transform me.
theres not really a way to workout your chin....
try to eat as clean as possible and get lots of cardio in to sweat and burn that fat! when you start dropping fat, your chin (and face) will start to slim down.
