How much protein should I take a day ☕️

If working out 1 - 2 grams per bodyweight.

It depends upon which type of body u want . Mostly people need 0.7to 0.9 grams per pounds per day . I know its difficult to take this much of protien everyday but it is true bro. Search for it if u dont believe
