im not so far from my goal . I want to make lean abs . My fat percentage is 16% . But now i cant control my self. I started eating junk choclate etc. Gus need motivation plzz help!!
I'm happy you realize that & wrote this post. List the food what have maximum fat percentage. Repeat them on your mind & try to stay alart, listen to your mind not the guilty tongue. Eat Healthy Food. I see many people who think less eating can reduce fat. But it only makes you weak physically and mentally & your fat will remain. eat properly, workout properly. Start with Light workout. Take your time. Don't push yourself very hard through heavy workout, it may give you stretch marks, what causes ugly skin. Be careful of that.
