Hello, let me introduce myself abit, I am a 13year old boy who trains athletics mostly focused in sprints.
Can anyone give me tips which involves SPRINTING which I can do in my workout.
I am pretty tight with my time so the less it takes time but still efficient the better.
I need some other tips on how to improve your sprinting career.
I am lacking a bit to keep on with other athletes in sprinting, and I wish to improve that with some suggestions from you.
