Ok Ok I'm trying to loose 10 pounds. I am 16 5ft 6 and have gained weight recently due to a relationship I used to be very skinny but with an extreme curvy figure but has gained about 1st and want to loose some and tone any workouts to do to loose weight of stomach and nd to tone legs
There is no workout that focuses fat loss on your stomach or any other body part. Where and when you lose fat is determined by your gens, so the only thing you can do is doing cardio and a diet.

I know that I meant what exercises who target stomach more actually.
Oh my.. that's what I mean. I don't have to say muscles directly. Stomach.. everything to do with the stomach.
