Dumbell curls

I did too many concentration curls and dumbell curls yesterday and today when i wake up, i find that it pains a lot in the biceps when i straighten my arms. Is this normal or do i have an injured bicep and should see a doc.?

If you feel pain u doing it right. . Remember no pain no gain. ..

Protein, water, sleep and mild stretching...forget about, pain get worse the more you think about it :-)

Definitely normal. You should be happy coz it means you've worked out hard enough lol
