Lose and tone?

Hey guys i really wanna lose and tone arms so what routines would you recommend me? Is there anything else i should do?

A healthy well rounded diet is good. I also to start try to find ones for the specific area I want to tone and then I start by doing 15-20 min ones at a time. Hope this helps

Push ups, biceps and tricep curls are very good too.
