No pain, no gain!  But be careful, don't just focus on abs.

If you want to tone your abs and lose fat, you should train at least four times per week. And you should train each part of your body. Burn as many calories as possible and eat a lot of fruits ans proteins. And create a training plan. For example srhg like this:
Monday: ABS
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: ABS
Thursday: Chest/Shoulders/Arms/Back
Friday: ABS
Saturday: Cardio/Running
Sunday: Rest :)
